So Mr. Phil is definitely going to be leaving in early May. After he leaves they will be posting his job. So, in the meantime, someone has to be in charge of the library. Due to my excellentness, and nobody else wanting it, they picked me *YAY*. On the up side, it means more money and more control over my schedule. On the flip side, I have to ride herd over the whole assemblage of drama that is this staff, without the long term authority of being the permanent boss. Should be interesting. I always enjoy a challenge.
