Reign of Winter Campaign

For the Ladies

I’m going to use this space for notes and recaps for my Reign of Winter campaign.  It seems to be one of the more obscure of the Paizo Adventure Paths, but I like the themes, the mystery at the heart of the story and the tone.

My group will consist of all female players.  I have been strict about this because I’m really interested in seeing what the dynamics between the players will be if there are no men in the group.  I’ve never played in a group of exclusively girls and I regret not taking better advantage of the one opportunity I had when I was younger.

So, for the Maples Girl Scouts who should have had a better game I’m dedicating myself to do the following.

• PREPARE!–Get those maps and images up.  Pull in the notes and encounters and keep up with the character sheets.
• COMMUNICATE!–Answer player questions.  Do good recaps.  Use the tools I spent all that money on!
• ENCOURAGE!–Everyone can contribute.  There are no dumb questions.  We’re here to have FUN!
• IMPROVISE!–I will not be shackled by the campaign.  I will reward good roleplaying.  I will roll with the punches.  I will adapt.
